Obituary of Jillian Grace Jones

Jillian Grace Jones, born to Steven and Kayla Jones, was born sleeping into her fathers arms on February 20, 2017 at 10:39 p.m. due to severe prematurity. She was due to arrive this summer on her fathers birthday, July 8th. She weighed 10 oz and was 9.25 inches long. Jillian left this life for heaven on February 20, 2017. Jillian was the little sister and answered prayers to her three big brothers: Gavin, Logan and Saban Jones who were anxiously waiting her arrival this summer. She was deeply loved and will be greatly missed. Jillian was recently proceeded to heaven by her grandparents, Robin Sims, Birdie Thornton and Mary Goddard. Jillian had a wonderful and special family, she is survived by her Dad, Steven Erik Jones; her Mom, Kayla Renee Jones "Goddard"; her Brothers, Gavin Jones, Logan Jones and Saben Jones; her Maternal Grandmother, Sherrie Goddard;her Maternal Grandfather, Dan Goddard; her Paternal Grandmother, Shirley Burnaham; her Paternal Grandfather, James Williams; her Aunts, Megan Goddard and Samantha Lange; her Uncles, Justin and Cody Burnaham; her Great-Grandparents, Bill Rucker, Wanda Rucker and Wayne Thornton; along with many cousins and extended family. Visitation will be held at Saffell House Funeral Home on Thursday, February 23, 2017 from 4-7 p.m. A prayer service is to follow at 7 p.m. also at Saffell House Funeral Home on Thursday, February 23, 2017. In lieu of flowers the parents ask for donations to be made to the March of Dimes to help support prematurity research and awareness.
