Obituary of Harlan Ray Huff, Jr.

Harlan Ray Huff, Jr. (J.R.) age 59, of Lawrenceburg, KY passed away at home on Wednesday, June 1. 2022. He was born in Harrodsburg, KY on June 24, 1962 to Harlan Ray Huff, Sr. and Nellie Ann Leonard Huff. He was married to the late Shirley Jean Sebastian Huff. JR enjoyed camping and trading but most importantly, he loved his grandchildren. JR is survived by his mother, Nellie Huff; daughter, Taylor Bailey (Jeff); sisters, Mary Lowery (Donald) and Elizabeth Whitaker (Dennis); brother, Thomas Huff (Tammy); grandchildren, Dawson Cole, Jayden Bailey and Khloe Bailey; many nieces and nephews; and a wonderful mother-in-law, Opha Sebastian. JR is preceded in death by his father, Harlan Huff, Sr.; and wife, Shirley Huff. Honorary Pallbearers are nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 5, 2022 at Saffell House Funeral Home from 1-3 p.m. with the Funeral Service immediately following at 3 p.m.. There will be a private family graveside service at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to Saffell House Funeral Home.
