Obituary of Phyllis Ann Ethington

Phyllis Ann Ethington, 78, passed away at home in Lawrenceburg, Ky on April 20, 2021. Phyllis was the wife of the late John Harrison Ethington. Born in Versailles, Kentucky, on July 10, 1942, she was the daughter to the late Kurby Stanley Wilson and Julia Christine Roach. Phyllis was a member of the Glensboro Baptist Church. Phyllis is predeceased by her husband, John Ethington; her parents, Kurby Stanley Wilson and Julia Christine Roach.; and a brother, Ronald Wilson. She is survived by her children, Mike Ethington, David Ethington and Christy Ethington Quire; a sister, Shirley Shuck; and eight grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 22, 2021 from 5-7 p.m. at Saffell House Funeral Home with a memorial service immediately following at 7 p.m.. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Anderson County Senior Citizens Center. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Saffell House Funeral Home.
