Obituary of Marilyn Ruth Bryant

Marilyn Ruth Peach Bryant, age 80, of Lawrenceburg, KY passed away on Monday, July 17, 2023. She was born in Frankfort, KY on September 25, 1942 to the late Marion and Sylvia Hellard Peach.

Marilyn graduated from ACHS, class of 1960. She worked for IBM doing data entry. Marilyn liked to read and watch cooking shows; she was an avid UK fan.

Marilyn is survived by her daughter, Tommie Carter; grandchildren,  Dusty Lynn Campbell, Joshua Logan, Matthew Logan, and Jeremiah Duke; and great-grandchildren, Rylie, Talan, Jordan, Elijah, Lilith, and Novalee.

Marilyn is preceded in death by her parents; son, George Marion Carter; and brother, Tommy Peach.

Visitation will be held on Monday, July 24, 2023 at Saffell House Funeral Home from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. with the Funeral Service immediately following at 2 p.m.; and the graveside service immediately following at Lawrenceburg Cemetery. Reverend  Donnie Carter will be officiating the service.

Pallbearers will be Joshua Logan, Matthew Logan, Jeremiah Duke, Sammy Webb, J. Moore, Michael Terrell, and Danny Curtsinger.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Clarence Brooks.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Saffell House Funeral Home.
