Obituary of Rita Kay Drury Hopper

Rita Kay Drury Hopper, 60, passed away November 19, 2016. She was born in Anderson County May 13, 1956 to the late JC and Leavie Mae Leathers Drury. She is survived by two children; John (Paula) Hopper and Tammy Christina Moore. Four sisters; Shirley ( Warren ) Ivey, Lexington, Faye Adams, Patsy ( Kevin) Satterly and Janet Blissard, all of Lawrenceburg, one brother, Carroll ( Mildred) Drury. Her grandchildren; Frank, Bryson, Brody, Austin and Corey, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her ex- husband Frank Wayne Hopper two children; Jennifer Lekita Hopper and Charles Wayne “Bo” Hopper, a sister Glenda Joyce Drury Hatchett, three brothers; JW Drury, Keith Drury and Billy Drury. Funeral services will be held at 2 pm Saturday November 26, 2016 at the Saffell House Funeral Home with the Rev. Gary Drury officiating with burial following in the Lawrenceburg Cemetery. Visitation Friday 5 – 9 pm . Pallbearers are; Brody Hopper, Matthew Snipes, Kevin Mitchell, Stevie Drury, Danny Drury and Richard Wright. Honorary bearers are; Austin Moore, Dale Moore, Anthony Jeffries, Chris Day and David Drury.
